You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property

The contents of the Platform — including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, images, text, and product descriptions — are proprietary to LoomMantra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You shall have no authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in the Platform's content.

Unauthorised use of the Platform may lead to action against you as per these Terms and/or applicable laws.

6. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless LoomMantra, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, other policies, or your violation of any law, rules, or regulations, or the rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will LoomMantra be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or other economic interests — whether in contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise — arising from the use of or inability to use the services, however caused.

Our maximum liability to you in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the cause of action, or ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is less.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them — or their enforceability — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
