Shipping policy

At LoomMantra, we take great care in packing and dispatching every handwoven saree to ensure it reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement and payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as public holidays, high order volumes, or courier delays, which are beyond our control.

LoomMantra shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authority.

4. Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at care@loommantra.com.

6. Delivery Address

All orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your delivery address — including the pincode — is accurate and complete. LoomMantra is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

8. Packaging

Each LoomMantra saree is lovingly packed in a reusable cloth saree bag with wooden buttons, designed to be kept and cherished. For safe courier transit, minimal protective plastic packaging is also used on the outside.
